Downcast by my friend

A few of my friends were asking: “why are you moody for the past few days and also the previous posting sounded very sad?” Actually I am sad over what my friend had said to me. Maybe I am to naïve to think people will help me.

It happened on valentine day, I was very happy to share the news with my friends that I am planning to sell my handmade jewellery online. I am going to start my own blog and hope they can promote my blog to their friends. One of my friends was very supportive and I am very happy about it. But the other of my friends (B lady) was too much; firstly, I asked both of them whether they have any idea where I can get printed sticker and gift boxes at cheap price? B lady told me that she knew as her company that she is working with needed these services. B lady told me that the suppliers had told her that they had quoted the lowest price for her company and no other supplier will give them such a great deal. I was very happy to hear this as I can get my supply from them. Then when I asked her: “Could you pls check with them what is the minimum amount that I need to order from them and what is the payment term.” Guess what B lady told me immediately, the supplier don’t accept small order. I know I won’t order like what your company did but I wish to know the detail as maybe in future I may need it.

Secondly when I told my friends that could you pls promote my jewellery blog to your friends B lady told me that her friends only purchase expensive goods online and her friends can spend over S$1000 on a single bill. The worst remark B lady had made was my friends only buy expensive things and they don’t buy cheap things. A great blow to me after hearing all this, I am only hope you can promote my jewellery blog to your friends. Will they be buying a not is fine with me as I know everyone’s like and style is different. I was disheartened when I heard what she said.
